Achieved goals We use renewable energy at all sites. We have adopted and are committed to the UN Global Compact. HOLMRIS B8 and Holmris Custom- ized holds FSC ® certification. We strive to offer tabletops, chairs, and other furniture items sourced from clients' own waste streams to ensure a circular loop. We advise our customers in recy - cling and upcycling their existing furniture for refurbishments. We are represented on the board of directors at Furn-tech where we share our sustainable knowledge and strive to lead the way for a sus - tainable transformation in the furni- ture business. We continue the 2cool2kill project to enable alle Danish Public Schools to gain access to materials from us about reusing, rethinking, and recycling processes. We are part of the European stan - dardization TC207 by the Danish Standards furniture board (S-256) in order to participate in the develop - ment of new International and Euro - pean standards for furniture. We continue our Donations Network and extend the life cycles of furni - ture, thus minimizing CO2 emission and supporting schools, clubs and associations. We raise internal awareness of prod - ucts with an extra perspective or ini - tiative regarding sustainability using specific KPIs. In progress As of 2025, we lease only electrical vehicles or plug-in hybrid company cars (not including cargo and vans) Minimizing emissions from the car- go and vans used for delivery. Through the globally recognized Sci - ence-Based Target initiative (SBTi), we aim to set emission reduc - tion targets that are in line with the Paris Climate Agreement At HOLMRIS B8, we strive for Zero Emissions on all relevant parame - ters in Scope 1 and 2 accordingly to the GHG protocol by 2025, partly by means of carbon offsetting. We continuously strive to reduce our total waste, thus increasing our upcycling and recycling rates. We aim for full knowledge and to register all CO2e emissions related to the production of our products based on the science-based EU Commission PEF standards. Status 28% electrical or hybrid We downsize whenever possible and transition to electrical vehicles when possible. We plan our logistics with great expertise, thus minimizing fuel consumption. We closely follow technological developments. We are in the process of creat - ing a baseline before applying for SBTi and Net-Zero Target validation in 2023. We are well on our way, having reduced our Scope 1 emissions by 4.8% in the last fiscal year. We have added more fractions in the past fiscal year and made several fractions measurable for next fiscal year. Our Nordic Collection is document with PEF-based measurements on emissions. We are in the process of obtaining data for the remaining part of our collection. We aim to introduce a sustainable product digital passport containing data on the composition of plas- tic, aluminum, steel, foam, and tex - tiles to ensure and simplify a circular loop of materials. Moving forward, all furniture invoic- es from HOLMRIS B8 will include full transparency of CO2e emissions per product (if available), includ- ing FSC ® data. We have begun the journey of data retrieval. We are adjusting our system to handle the complex data from all our suppliers. New and existing products are being designed and redesigned for disas - sembly and a circular loop. All wooden materials sourced from Brand Partners must be 100% FSC ® certified. Design-for-disassembly is now incor- porate into our design process. Each category of products has its own ob- stacles in terms of full disassembly, and we aim to continuously improve. A large share of our sourced materi - als are FSC ® certified. But we aim to push the agenda even further. Increase the sale of tree planting to our customers via the Furnitree concept. The target is 100,000 trees planted in Denmark in 2023. 37 As of April 30, 2023, 94,373 trees have been sold.
