Letter from our CEO Dear Stakeholder, The past fiscal year from May 2024 to April 2025 has once again been a year with a lot of focus on sustainability and corporate responsibility. This is also reflected in Holmris B8, where continuous improvements and new developments have been on the agenda. For Holmris B8 the improvement from silver to gold in Ecovadis is a major achievement together with once again being nominated in Børsen Bæredygtig 2025 with our Nykredit case containing CO2e avoidance calculations. These two achievements are proving, that Holmris B8 is doing the right thing and is making a difference in the market. We continue to work with data on our products and improved reporting from all our suppliers on their ESG-efforts and data. This increases the detail of our data-points and enables us to be even more accurate in our reporting to customers. Working closer with our suppliers and thereby impact their decisions, while at the same time providing us with details to choose between suppliers. The product series Recrafted was launched last year and is being developed into a product portfolio with a full range of products. There is a lot of interest and focus on this product series, as it provides circularity across brands in the industry and gives a second life to the resources — thus ending the discussion about the ’end of life’ for furniture. In the beginning of the financial year Holmris B8 acquired two companies in Norway respectively Sweden. These are now integrated parts of our ESG reporting. We continue our commitment to the global standards with unchanged strength, as evidenced by our continued membership in the UN Global Compact. By this membership we ensure that our operations respect the universal principles and contribute positive to the global goals. Working with Ecovadis and CDP is central for registrations and reportings. The standards provide us with the ability to be transparent in our sustainability journey, alongside our customers. We continue our progress in ratings in both systems. With the constant changes in legislation and requirements a lot of resources are dir implem the cu has do to Dou there b of risk on our impor using its ori mater and ou in legi efforts instea oppor areas than f report
